My latest independent release. A piano driven blues inspired collection of 11 original songs and a solid cover of John Lennons "Watching The Wheels". A very fun record featuring tracks "Simplify", "Love Don't Lie", "Depend On Love" and "Upstate New York Whiteout".
Same great music as U.S. release but with spiffy new artwork, 8 page booklet and many photos. It is also available on vinyl by request.
A little dark, a lot of great story songs. It was my first jump back into playing piano on recording. Features guest Pete Thomas on drums. Some really strong material including "Timeless", "Suckin' Honey", "Eggs" and the sturdy title track, "Nevermind My Blues".
2004 release on SCI Fidelity Records, beautifully produced in Los Angeles, CA with some of my best friends. It has a distinctly Southern Cali vibe, spacey and relaxed but rocking with tracks including "Zig Zag", "Blacklight" and "Pickin' The Lock". A really fun listen.
A great intro to my music in one package. Editors Choice Top 10 Independents 2000 Performing Songwriter Magazine. Tracks include "Bad Time", the original recording of "Everywhere You Go", "Lead Me On" and "Puerto Rico" as well as lots of extra mp3 bonus tracks.
My first major label release produced by Ian Cross and Barrie Maguire. One of my most memorable musical moments! Tracks include "You", "Astral Freak" and "Fine September".
This new recording was the result of so many requests for an acoustic - solo disc. Features older material such as "Fine September", "Firefly", "You" and "Everywhere You Go" as well as later material found on "Nevermind My Blues".
The debut of US Rails. Features great tracks co-written and co-produced by the whole band. Recorded in France and released in Germany. Members include Joseph Parsons, Tom Gillam, Scott Bricklin and Matt Muir.
Pistol is....
Named after a classic Spaghetti Western and completely unrelated to the Fab Four (although if Ringo wants to roll around town 'strapped', we sure as hell aren't going to judge), 'Pistol for Ringo' is back after 2003's wildly successful "Solid State Neo-Hedonist". Featuring original members Brian Murphy, Shane Smith, and Steve Arm, Pistol for Ringo have really grown into an indie-rock collective adding Philly-based singer-songwriter, Ben Arnold, and band-mate Matty Muir.
The first album by the band 4 Way Street which included myself, Joseph Parsons, Scott Bricklin & Jim Boggia. It was in it's infancy but made one great record. It has since morphed into what is now US Rails. Great songs including "Change Gonna Come", "Shoot The Moon" and many others.
A rare collection of so many songs. Released and unreleased. Worth it just for the track "World's Away" alone.
